        (2) Creation of a fundraising campaign: When you create a campaign on OneworldGiving, we collect the information you choose to provide us in relation to your campaign. In addition, our payment processors collect and maintain information so that you can withdraw funds from your campaign.
        (3) Donation information: When you donate to a campaign on OneworldGiving, we collect any information you choose to provide us. You don’t have to provide any personal information if you choose not to. Our payment processors collect your Paypal or credit card details and other information necessary to process any monetary donation.
        (4) Communications: You can post comments or communicate with other users through our Platform. Any contents you choose to post through our Platform are available to the public by default. Please remember the public information can be used and shared by anyone. Please be considerate and respectful of others while posting your comments. OneworldGiving can not remove your postings from the platform. Therefore, you understand that you are fully responsible for all the contents you choose to post on OneworldGiving site.

Our Use of Information Collected:

Your email address and other personal information is kept private. OneworldGiving does not share personal information about you with any other people or company without your consent. OneworldGiving uses the information collected from the Services for the following purposes:

        (1) Communicating with you: We use the information we collect to contact you for purposes related to access the Services.
        (2) Providing the Services: We use the information we collect to provide you our Services.
        (3) Legal: OneworldGiving can access, disclose, transfer and preserve your information when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to enforce this Policy or any applicable Terms of Service, or is required by law.
